Mango-Peach Salsa

Yield: 8-10 servings

Born of the need to use up some over-ripe fruit, this salsa dresses up everything from roasted or grilled chicken and fish to the simple tortilla chip.


  • 1 mango, cut into large chunks
  • 1 peach, cut into large chunks
  • ¾ cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • ½ small onion, cut into large chunks
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2-3 tablespoons lime juice
  • hot sauce to taste


  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined, but still chunky.
