Born of the need to use up some over-ripe fruit, this salsa dresses up everything from roasted or grilled chicken and fish to the simple tortilla chip.
- 1 mango, cut into large chunks
- 1 peach, cut into large chunks
- ¾ cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
- ½ small onion, cut into large chunks
- 1 clove garlic
- 2-3 tablespoons lime juice
- hot sauce to taste
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined, but still chunky.
