When it comes to hot sauces, this one is about as simple as can be. Use it to spice up Asian dishes or offer an Asian flavor.


  • Handful of fish peppers
  • 1 bottle fish sauce


  • Chop fish peppers into fine slices and mix into a container of fish sauce. Let marinate for a few days and begin using in any Asian dishes, particularly noodle based.
