Join Federation’s JFE® to make tasty food, utilizing seconds (imperfect, unsellable foods). We’re teaming up with University of District of Columbia’s (UDC) College of Agriculture, Urban Sustainability and Environmental Sciences to learn more about the advantages of resourceful cooking, as we prepare meals for those in need using recovered ingredients from UDC’s farms and hydroponic gardens. We will donate the meals we prepare to Martha’s Table to help the hungry in our DC community.
