Paul Entis

Paul Entis, JFE® director, is passionate about all things culinary: good food, kitchen gadgets, hosting brunches, ordering artisanal ingredients online, adapting recipes, watching Top Chef, you name it. He’s worked in the nonprofit world for close to 20 years as a fundraiser, event planner, administrator and program director. Paul served as the Site Director for AVODAH: The Jewish Service Corps’ DC site and Hillel Director at the University of Southern California and UMass/Amherst. He is interested in food as a social justice issue and volunteers at N Street Village helping prepare a monthly meal for the agency’s clients.

When not at work, Emily can be found gleaning for area food banks, on her rooftop gardening, experimenting in the kitchen or teaching others about food and nutrition.

Stacye Zeisler

Stacye Zeisler is the Managing Director of Federation’s Jewish Food Experience® and Chief Marketing Officer for The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington. She serves on the organization’s senior management team as a strategic thinker challenged to utilize marketing tools and tactics to create emotional relationships between Federation and members of the community. Since JFE®’s inception, Stacye has served as the program’s lead cheerleader and champion, helping community members come to understand the intrinsic connection between food and Jewish life.
