Mango Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

  • Crust
  • 1⅔ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • ⅔ tablespoon flour
  • ¼ pound butter, softened
  • Filling
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 2⅓ cups condensed milk
  • ¾ cup key lime juice
  • ⅓ cup mango puree

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, flour, sugar and cinnamon together in a mixer. Add in the softened butter and mix until well combined. Press the crust mixture evenly into a pie dish and form the crust. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. For the filling, combine the egg yolks and the condensed milk in the mixer. Mix on high speed for 10 minutes. Reduce the speed on the mixer and add in the key lime juice and mango puree. Beat until combined. Pour the filling mixture evenly into the pan and bake for 40 minutes in the oven. Cool and refrigerate to store.
