Just in time for Passover prep, chef, teacher and Jewish cooking expert Susan Barocas will conduct a cooking talk and demonstration of interesting haroset recipes, including Moroccan Haroset Balls she made at the White House as the guest chef for three Passover Seders hosted by the Obamas. She will provide recipes and a “haroset bar” for tastings.
