Join Federation’s Jewish Food Experience® for a cooking class!
Learn to prepare four contemporary dishes, from soup to dessert, utilizing all vegetarian ingredients. A Sur La Table chef will instruct a hands-on cooking class featuring dishes you can serve at Shabbat dinner, a High Holiday meal or festive brunch.
Dishes we will prepare:
- Whole Roasted Cauliflower with Lemon Tahini Sauce
- Pati Jinich’s Mushroom Jalapeño Soup with Matzo Balls
- 7 Vegetable Ratatouille with Israeli Couscous
- Individual Almond Cakes with Poached Citrus and Dates
Cost: $80 per person. Ticket includes a generous tasting portion of each dish we prepare, and a JFE® Apron to take home.
*Sur La Table does not have a kosher kitchen. All recipes prepared and sampled are vegetarian.
