Bubbes and Zaydes have passed down their traditions from distant lands. While we especially enjoy their traditional recipes at Passover, it’s also fun to expand our culinary horizons with other Passover foods from around the world.

Learn about and taste fresh ways to spice up your Seder and Passover meals. The evening begins with a Havdalah service followed by noshes, wine tasting flights, and small plates of Passover foods from cuisines around the world. Our speaker, Chef Susan Barocas, helped launch the Jewish Food Experience® and was guest Chef for the 2014-2016 White House Seders. Susan will entertain and educate us with an interactive cooking demo, White House stories, and Q&A on healthy and tasty foods for Passover
