Start the new year off right with the third of our three-part Jewish cooking series, designed to help you have a sweet start to 5779. Led by our own chef and food writer Vered Guttman, the class includes a demonstration plus a buffet dinner. The menu includes:
- Quince candy
- Leek latkes
- Tilapia and pomegranate ceviche
- Black-eyed pea and butternut squash salad
- Stuffed Swiss chard with beef and bulgar
- Date and honey cake
The dinner provided will be kosher; kosher supervision is provided by the Baltimore-Washington Kashrut Council
