Valerie ZweigFrom a young age, the surefire way to ease stress for Valerie was to roll challah and make matzah ball soup. This should have been a clear indicator that she’d grow up to launch Prescription Chicken, a business dedicated to making delicious chicken soup (and challah, of course). Valerie and her cousin Taryn opened this soul-warming outfit in 2016, which now delivers soup across DC and Baltimore.

One of my favorite places in the world is Frisco, Colorado. Our family loves to ski, and we’ve been going there for the past 15 years. During our visits, we ski, play board games and—of course—eat and drink. This is a perfect Sunday morning breakfast even if you are not about to hit the slopes!
