About the Author

Doron PetersanDoron Petersan is the creator of Sticky Fingers, a vegan bakery, and a bistro, Fare Well, both in Washington, DC. Life as an Italian-Jew from New York-turned-vegan was ever so challenging. With a degree in nutrition and food science, Doron brought memories of favorite treats to vegan reality. Everything Doron does is so she can eat, create, cook and feed. Residing in DC with her husband, son and furry-family, she works rigorously to balance her love of food, cycling and wine.
