Allison Sarnoff Soffer is the author of Apple Days - A Rosh Hashanah Story recently published by Kar-Ben. In addition to writing, Allison is passionate about teaching at Temple Sinai Nursery School where she weaves music and ritual into her work in the classroom. Allison especially enjoys writing for and about children. Apple Days is her first book.
