ABOUT SUSAN SOORENKO
After studying under renowned ice cream experts in New York and a master gelato maker in Italy, Susan Soorenko perfected her own process and recipe, and introduced Moorenko’s in 2002. She knew that Moorenko’s would be dedicated to making ice cream on another level — rich, decadent, and as wholesome as possible. You can find Susan in the kitchen every day, helping with production, testing new flavors, and making sure that every last pint is perfect.
