Join Federation’s Jewish Food Experience® and Moti’s Market on Sunday, April 23 for a food tasting and book signing as Joan Nathan introduces her newest release, King Solomon’s Table: A Culinary Exploration of Jewish Cooking from Around the World (Knopf, 2017).

About King Solomon’s Table: Travel with Joan from India to France, from Italy to Mexico, from El Salvador to Israel and across North America, in a gorgeously illustrated culinary exploration filled with historical details, personal histories and delicious recipes that showcase the diversity of Jewish cuisine. “There is no greater authority on Jewish cooking than Joan Nathan. King Solomon’s Table is a comprehensive guide to global Jewish cooking that is approachable, informative, and mouth-watering,” raves Michael Solomonov, author of Zahav: A World of Israeli Cooking. “Joan’s confidence and perspective truly shine in this must-have cookbook!”

Joan will be delighted to sign copies of King Solomon’s Table purchased at Moti’s that day. Discounted copies of the book will be available for purchase. Moti’s will be preparing and sampling three of Joan’s dishes as well as salads being served in Al Ha’esh, their new Israeli restaurant.
